Chanel is exclusive. We all know that is a fact. But they are actually quite exclusive on the internet as well. The website is done well, but there are no prices or detailed descriptions. That is why when it comes to Chanel, Vlad and I go to our friend Rhiannon. Rhiannon is a part time writer on the Purse Blog, but most of the time she writes for her own blog, Chanel Amour. When I am longing for the latest Chanel news, she has it. A new bag that really is striking my attention is the Chanel Precious Symbols Handbag. Rhiannon explains all about this bag:

The young actress Emma Watson, who plays Hermione Granger in Harry Potter, trotted out in LA when arriving for the Harry Potter primer. The 17-year-old actress is a millionaire by her own right at a young age, yet seems to stray from that of some of her US counterparts. Emma seems to always be dressed age appropriate, as in she dresses nice but not too old and not too revealing. Her fresh face and look has developed her a fan base, who were awaiting her arrival in LA. Found on her arm is a bag by a timeless designer with a younger appeal, a funky Replica Chanel handbag. The bag was the perfect addition to her simple outfit. Who else is super excited to see Harry Potter?

So much for cleaning up her act. I have no idea why some females decide that Halloween is an excuse to dress like a 2 cent hooker. Sure, it was cool when you were a freshman in college, but to continue the ‘I’m a slutty ________” is downright tacky. And Paris Hilton has tainted young girls minds, dressing as Alice from DISNEY’S! Alice in Wonderland. I mean come on, isn’t anything sacred anymore. And speaking of sacred, what on earth has this girl done to her Chanel Perforated White Jumbo Flap Handbag??? GASP! Such a lovely piece has been used and abused, showing significant wear, tear, and dirt all over it. I understand that a handbag is meant to be worn, but give your bag just a little respect. Then again, when you are used to spending someone else’s money everyday in large quantities, money really has no value to you. I’m just going to keep shaking my head at this girl, and asking her to give me her handbags that she plans on ruining before they are ruined. I promise to take care of them!

Like the rest of Replica bag Chanel’s Spring 2010 collection, the bags that we saw walk their runway (barnway?) were more rustic-chic than classic Parisian. Whether that’s your thing or not, Karl Lagerfeld certainly seems to believe in it.

I’m having a vintage moment lately. Last weekend, I spent 3 hours on Friday afternoon looking for vintage art deco costume jewelry on eBay. I really want a 70s faux fur jacket.
